1. Can I return my garment?
  • Because these products are custom-made to your specifications, once you have ordered an item, it is yours to keep. Please make sure your choices are exactly what you want before you place your order, because we manufacture according to your specifications.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products as we keep nothing in stock. If we make a mistake in manufacturing, we will happily repair or remake your order. Please contact Customer Service at 877-672-9257 to discuss the details of your order and receive instructions on how to return the item to our factory. Please have your order number ready when calling.
  • Returned garments must be clean (by law), and soiled garments (yucky!) will be returned to the customer without being processed.
2. What happens after I place my order?
  • For you –nothing.For us –a lot.Once the online store close date has passed, you will receive an email notification in regards to the items on your order starting production along with an updated timeframe for delivery.
  • Please be aware that if quantity minimums are not met on an offered product, it may not be manufactured. Minimums for each product will be listed on the specific team website along with a running tally of current units sold.
  • When the items for your order are completed, it will either be shipped directly to you at your personal address or to the Store Team Manager who will hand out the individual orders.
3.What if I have a problem with my order?
  • We strive for perfection in every garment we create.So if we make a mistake, we will make it right!
  • Should you notice an error on the order that you receive, please call Customer Service at 877-672-9257. Please have your order number ready when calling. Our customer service representatives will assist you in resolving any order issues. Incorrect ordered items will be either repaired or remade.

4. What is an Estimated Ship Date/ How long will it take to my order delivered?
  • There are millions of combinations of fabric and option colors in our custom garments. Nothing we send you is a "off the rack". So, due to the variables inherent in custom manufacturing, we can only estimate delivery dates at the time of your order, and these dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • Our general rule of thumb is delivery of order in five weeks for the store close date.
5. How will my order be shipped?
  • Our shipping methods are Fed Ex Ground for all orders being shipped directly to the Store Team Manager and Fed Ex Smart post for individual shipping which is a combination of Fed Ex Ground service with USPS delivery.All orders are Freight On Board (FOB) Factory, Philadelphia, PA. Delivery from our carrier can take from 1-7 days depending on method of shipment and zip code of shipping address.
  • Note: Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. You must notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt. If an item is damaged, please keep shipping box intact as the carrier may need to inspect the .
